How do I set my Business Hours
Setting business hours ensures that calls to your Vumber number are directed appropriately during specific times, enhancing your communication efficiency. Outside of designated business hours, calls will be automatically redirected to your Vumber voicemail, ensuring you never miss important messages.
To set business hours for a specific number in the Vumber app, follow these simple steps:
- Open the Vumber app on your mobile device.
- Tap on the hamburger menu icon located at the top left corner of the screen.
- Select "My Numbers" from the menu options.
- Press "Configure" located beside the number you wish to turn on business hours.
- Select "Business Hours" from the menu.
- Tap the box beside "Enable" to switch on business hours for this number.
- Customize your business hours by setting the days of the week and the hours of the day during which calls will be forwarded to you.
Please note: Out of hours calls will be redirected to your Vumber voicemail box. All times set for Business Hours reference the time zone listed in your Profile.
