How do I have my voicemails transcribed

This is new documentation for our beta dashboard. Please excuse typos as we write and review this documentation

  • We offer voicemail transcription on the talker plan and up. 
  • Transcribed voicemails are delivered to your email if you have voicemail notification turned on.
  • They are also viewable on the calls activity screen of the Vumber dashboard

Enabling transcription

  1. Log in to your account at  https: //
  2. Click the 'My Numbers' menu on the left-hand side of the screen
  3. Press the gear-icon 'Configure' button the right-hand side of the screen next to the Vumber you want to configure

  1. Choose the 'Voicemail' tab.
  2. Select 'Transcribe Voicemail'

All voicemail for this Vumber will now be transcribed.
