How do I have my voicemails transcribed
This is new documentation for our beta dashboard. Please excuse typos as we write and review this documentation
- We offer voicemail transcription on the talker plan and up.
- Transcribed voicemails are delivered to your email if you have voicemail notification turned on.
- They are also viewable on the calls activity screen of the Vumber dashboard
Enabling transcription
- Log in to your account at https: //app.vumber.com
- Click the 'My Numbers' menu on the left-hand side of the screen
- Press the gear-icon 'Configure' button the right-hand side of the screen next to the Vumber you want to configure
- Choose the 'Voicemail' tab.
- Select 'Transcribe Voicemail'
All voicemail for this Vumber will now be transcribed.
