How do I set email notifications for calls

This is new documentation for our beta dashboard. Please excuse typos as we write and review this documentation

To manage your Call Notifications:

  1. Log in to your account at
  2. Click on the "My Numbers' menu on the left-hand side of the screen 
  3.  Select the gear-shaped "Configure" button to the right-hand side of the number you want to affect 
  4.  Click the 'Call Notifications' tab  
  5.  Make sure the email address is correct
Select the notifications you want to receive:
  • Just those calls where a voicemail was left - choose: Send voicemail attachment to my email address
  • Also send notifications where no voicemail was left - choose: Send an email when I miss a call
  • Receive an email for answered calls - choose: Send an email for every call received
