Send received texts to email or app

You have a choice of where incoming texts to your Vumber number are sent when received:

Your options are to send all incoming texts:

  • to your Vumber App & this dashboard
  • to your Vumber App, this dashboard, and your email 
  • block all texts.

Please note: texts will always be available on your web portal.

To make these changes, please: 

  1. Login to your Vumber dashboard
  2. Click on 'My Numbers' in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen
  3. Click on the gear-shaped 'Configure' button next to the number you wish to affect
  4. Under the 'Text' tab, you can change how you receive text messages
