How to Send Text Messages from Your Vumber Dashboard
Sending text messages directly from your Vumber dashboard is a convenient way to manage your communications without needing to use your phone. Follow these steps to send a new text message:
- Log in to your Vumber account at vumber.com
- Click on the "Send Text" tab at the top of the screen.
- Enter the phone number you want to text in the "To" field.
- Select the Vumber you want to text from using the drop-down menu.
- Type your message in the text box provided.
- Once you're ready, hit the "Send" button to send your message.
Your message will now be sent to the recipient.
Viewing and replying to your text conversations.
Click "Text Messages" on the left-hand side of the screen. From here you can send a new text message, respond to existing texts or delete texts threads etc.
From here you can view a list of your current conversations.
Clicking on more will allow you to view the actual texts in a conversion thread:
Outbound texts must be enabled before you can start sending texts. This is done by verifying your brand in our application form. However, this step is not required for receiving texts.
