How do I add or change the telephone number that calls are forwarded to?

Log in to your account at

  1. Choose 'My Number' from the left menu
  2. Your numbers will be listed. Click 'Configure' next to the relevant number.
  3. Select the 'Call Forwarding' tab
  4. Select 'Edit' to update the telephone number to which calls are forwarded.
  5. Alternatively, you can 'Add a new forwarding' and, once added, move that number to the top of the list. It will then receive all calls.
