Vumber Statement on statement on COVID-19

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to develop, we’re taking every possible preparation to maintain the effectiveness and control of our network. It is our intention to continue providing you with best-in-class service and peace of mind during this uncertain time.

With our offices in New York City now closed, we have successfully transitioned employees to work remotely where they will continue supporting our network and our loyal customer base.

As companies across the country and indeed the world, change their working habits, communication systems are seeing much greater demand.

While we are confident in our platforms’ capacity to handle the demand, it’s important to remember that Vumber voice calls transverse multiple data and voice networks, and if your call traverses a carrier who is experiencing issues, it could impact the call. When this occurs, we will do our very best to mitigate the issue and route around that system, although of course, this will not be possible should we see bottlenecks in mobile phone networks.

We will keep you updated on the situation, but rest assured we are working all out to ensure our service standards are not affected.
