How do I view contact notes
This is new documentation for our beta dashboard. Please excuse typos as we write and review this documentation
Vumber allows you to make notes about a call. At a later date, you can retrieve those notes and view a complete timeline of your interactions with that contact.
To look up a contact:
1) Log in to your account at https://app.vumber.com
2) On the left menu click 'Call Activity' and 'All Incoming'
3) In the right pane enter the target phone number in the search box in the top bar (see below)
All phone calls for that phone number will be shown.
4) Click on call records and then click 'View Contact'
A panel will open on the right that will display call notes and contact timeline.
