Unable to verify, needs compliant and accurate CTA information. Update with specific path for mobile opt-in, HELP instructions, STOP instructions, message frequency disclosure, \"message and data rates may apply\" disclosure and link to the message program privacy policy, or language referring to the privacy policy. (806)

What it means:

This message refers to the opt-in form you display on your website, the form you use to collect the phone number from your user.

If we break this above error message down:

• Unable to verify

The reviewer needs help locating your opt-in page or a compliant one.

We recommend explicitly providing the URL of the opt-in page. Reviewers, who process hundreds of applications per hour, are unlikely to have time to search for your page and are more likely to reject the application outright if they cannot easily find it.

• Update with specific path for mobile opt-in,

This means you can only collect the phone number on the opt-in form. You can not collect email, name, address, comments, or any other information on the same form as the phone number.

• HELP instructions,

You must include the words "Reply HELP to for help."

• Stop instructions

You must include the words "Reply STOP to stop receiving messages."

• message frequency disclosure

You must disclose how many texts a user can expect to receive from you in a given period. "Message volume approx 2 per day".

• "message and data rates may apply" disclosure

Must include the words: "message and data rates may apply."

• Link to the message program privacy policy

You'll need to include a link to a compliant privacy policy. Your privacy policy must state that you will not sell, rent, or share the mobile numbers you collect in this form.
