How to Download Text Messages from the Vumber Dashboard

Managing your text message records is crucial for keeping track of communications. Vumber makes it easy to download your messages directly from the dashboard as a CSV file.

To download your text messages, follow these steps:

From the dashboard menu on the left-hand side, click on "Text Messages".
From the pop down menu, select "All" to view all your messages.

At the top of the page, click on the "Download" button located in the blue box.

This will allow you to download your messages as a CSV file.

You can further filter the messages by specific Vumbers or set a date range before downloading, which lets you target the exact messages you want to save.
