How to Enable Voicemail Delivery to Email
Receiving your voicemails via email is a convenient feature that allows you to access your messages from your email inbox. When enabled, this feature sends an audio file of the voicemail to your specified email address. Here’s how you can enable Voicemail Delivery to Email on your Vumber account.
To enable Voicemail Delivery to Email using the Vumber app, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Vumber account by opening the Vumber app on your mobile device.
- Tap the hamburger menu located at the top left corner and navigate to "My Numbers."
- Press "Configure" next to the number you want to enable Voicemail Delivery to Email for.
- Select the "Call Notification" option from the menu.
- Under the Available Notifications option, tap the box beside "Send voice mail attachment to my email".
- Enter the email address where you want to receive the voicemails down the bottom.
To configure Voicemail Delivery to Email through the Vumber dashboard, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account at Vumber Dashboard.
- Select "My Numbers" from the menu options on the left.
- Press "Configure" next to the number you want to enable Voicemail Delivery to Email for.
- Choose the "Call Notification" tab from the menu options.
- Under the Available Notifications option, click the box beside "Send voice mail attachment to my email".
- Enter the email address where you want to receive the voicemails down the bottom.
