How to Enable Fax Receipts on Your Vumber Number

In today’s digital age, integrating fax capabilities with your phone number can still be essential for business communications. With the Vumber app, enabling fax receipt allows your number to detect incoming faxes automatically. These faxes are converted to PDF format, making them easy to download, view, and store. You also have the option to receive these faxes via email.

To enable fax receipts on your Vumber number using the app, follow these steps:

1. Open the Vumber app on your mobile device.
2. Tap the 'Hamburger menu' icon located in the top corner of the screen.
3. Select 'My Numbers' from the menu options.

4. Choose the number for which you want to enable fax receipt.

5. Navigate to the 'Fax Receipt' option.

6. Tap the box to enable fax receipts.

To enable fax receipts using the Vumber dashboard, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account by visiting the Vumber Dashboard at https://app.vumber.com.

2. Click on the 'My Numbers' tab from the sidebar menu.

3. Select the number you wish to configure for fax receipt.

4. Click on the 'Fax Reciept' tab.

5. Check the box to enable fax receipts.
