How to Download a Call Recording from the Vumber Dashboard

Retrieving and downloading call recordings from your Vumber dashboard is a useful feature for archiving important calls, compliance, or training purposes. Follow these steps to easily download call recordings to your local storage.


To download a call recording from the Vumber dashboard, follow these steps:


  1. Log in to your account by visiting the Vumber Dashboard at https://app.vumber.com.

  1. Click the 'Call Activity' tab on the left to open the dropdown menu.
  2. Select 'All Incoming' or 'Outgoing Calls' to locate the call you want to download.

  1. Click 'More' beside the call entry when you find it.

  1. You will then see a play icon; click the three dots to the right of it and hit 'Download'.

This will start the download of the call recording file to your computer, allowing you to save, review, or share it as needed.
