How to Play Back Call Recordings

Listening to call recordings can be crucial for reviewing customer interactions, improving communication skills, or ensuring compliance with business policies. The Vumber app provides a straightforward process to access and play back these recordings.


To play back call recordings using the Vumber app, follow these steps:


  1. Open the Vumber app on your mobile device.
  2. Press the 'Calls' option located at the bottom right of the screen.

  1. Select either the 'In' or 'Out' tab to locate the call you want to listen to.
  2. Tap on the call entry when you find it.

  1. Tap on the the call again to open up further options.

  1. You will then see a play icon; tap this icon to start listening to the recording.


To play back call recordings using the Vumber dashboard, follow these steps:


  1. Log in to your account by visiting the Vumber Dashboard at https://app.vumber.com.

  1. Click the 'Call Activity' tab on the left to open the dropdown menu.
  2. Select 'All Incoming' or 'Outgoing Calls' to locate the call you want to listen to.

  1. Click on the call entry when you find it.

  1. You will then see a play icon; click this icon to start listening to the recording.


To listen to recordings, ensure that the call recording feature is switched on. Calls must be recorded to be available for playback later.
