How to Modify User Permissions on Your Account
Adjusting user permissions is essential for managing your team's access effectively as your business needs change. Here’s how you can modify user permissions in your Vumber account.
To modify user permissions on your Vumber account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account by visiting the Vumber Dashboard at https://app.vumber.com.

- Click on your username in the top menu bar, then choose "Manage Users" from the dropdown menu.

- Click on the user whose permissions you want to modify.

- Click the box beside 'Role' to open the dropdown menu and select the new role for the user.
- Hit 'Save Profile' at the bottom of the page to confirm the changes.

This setup allows you to streamline permissions based on current operational requirements while maintaining control over critical functionalities.
By clicking 'Permissions' at the bottom, you can customize access further. Advanced Agents & Managers only see numbers allocated to them but can make calls worldwide, record calls for training, and more. They are billed at $10/user/month. Owners & Managers have comprehensive access to all records.
