How to Change Your Username / Password

Need to update your username or password for security reasons or simply want a refresh? Here's how you can easily change your login details in Vumber.

To change your username or password via your portal, follow these steps:

Click on your login username located in the top menu bar.
From the dropdown menu that appears, select "Your Profile."

Here you can change your username or password. The options to update each are clearly marked beside the respective fields.

You must input your current password to change your username or password. This security measure ensures that changes are made securely and that your account remains protected
