How to Integrate Vumber With your CRM

Email notifications from Vumber can be triggered by voicemail, missed calls, or all calls. You can easily have these emails create leads within your CRM if your CRM can trigger the creation of a new lead record from an email.


First, you'll need the email address your CRM allocates to your campaign. To find this, you can locate it in your CRM's settings. For example, in Podio:


  1. Open the Podio app.
  2. Click the wrench icon for settings.
  3. Choose "Email to app" and copy the email address in the grey box at the bottom of the window. It will look something like "[email protected]".

Now, let's add that email to our Vumber number's notifications:

  1. Log in to the Vumber portal at https://app.vumber.com.

  1. Click "My Numbers" from the left menu.

  1. Hit "Configure" beside the Vumber number you want to set this up for.

  1. Navigate to "Call Notification".
  2. You can edit the current email or add a new one and input the CRM email.

  1. Choose the desired options for notifications you would like to receive.

Now, whenever someone calls your Vumber number, it will create a new record in your CRM, seamlessly integrating your communication efforts.
