- The number you wish to port.
- Your current cell service carrier.
2. Await Response:
Our support team will respond promptly to your email and guide you through the next steps. You will be provided with a quick form to fill out regarding the porting process.
3. Submission to Current Provider:
Once you've filled out the required form, we will submit the information to your current service provider. Your current provider will review the port request and either accept or reject it.
4. Porting Process:
If your current provider accepts the port request, they will inform us of the expected porting date. Typically, porting takes about 5 days to complete.
5. Completion of Port:
Once the porting process is complete, calls to your number will be handled by Vumber. You can safely close your account with your current provider once the port is validated by Vumber.
