How to Set Up Sequential Call Forwarding

Streamline your call management by forwarding incoming calls to multiple numbers in sequence with the Vumber app. This feature ensures that important calls are never missed, providing flexibility and accessibility to your communication process.

Steps to Configure Sequential Call Forwarding:

Open the Vumber app on your mobile device.
Tap the hamburger menu located at the top left corner and navigate to "My Numbers."

Press "Configure" next to the desired number you wish to set up the call forwarding.

Select the "Call Forwarding" option from the menu.

Click the menu at the top under "Where would you like to send this call" and choose "Forward call to several phones and have them ring in sequence".

Your sequential call forwarding setup is now complete.

Now, when someone calls the specified Vumber number, designated numbers will ring in sequence, ensuring that important calls are promptly answered.

To add additional numbers for sequential ringing:

While in the "Call Forwarding" section, click in the sub section labeled "Forwarding Number."
From there, you can select the option to add more numbers. You can also choose to add calls to the Vumber app and the Web phone.
Choose the additional numbers you wish to include in the sequential call forwarding setup and hit "Save."

Please note in step 2, numbers will ring in order, from top to bottom. To change around the order, simply hold and drag a number to the desired location.

To configure sequential call forwarding through the Vumber dashboard, follow these steps:

Select "My Numbers" from the menu options on the left.

Press "Configure" next to the desired number you wish to set up the call forwarding.

Choose the "Call Forwarding" option from the menu.

Click the drop down menu under "Where would you like to send this call" and choose "Forward call to several phones and have them ring in sequence".

Your sequential call forwarding setup is now complete.

Similar to the app, you can add more numbers and forwarding methods while in the "Call Forwarding" section. Remember that numbers will ring in order, from top to bottom on that list. To change around the order, simply click and drag a number to the desired location.
