How to Auto Reply to all Text Messages

You have the ability to streamline your communication by setting up auto-reply for text messages. This feature allows you to automatically respond to incoming texts with a predefined message, saving you time and ensuring prompt replies to your contacts.


Steps to Configure Auto Reply through the Vumber app:


  • Open the Vumber app on your mobile device.
  • Tap the "Hamburger menu" icon located at the top left corner of the screen.
  • Select "My Numbers" from the menu options.

  • Press "Configure" located beside the number you wish to set up auto-reply.

  • Find and tap on the "Text Messaging" option.

  • Look for the "Auto Reply to Texts" feature among the options and select it.
  • Type in the text message that you want your customers to receive as an auto-reply when they send a message to this number.
  • After composing your desired message, tap on "Save" to confirm and save the changes.


Now, whenever someone sends a text message to the specified number, they will automatically receive the pre-configured response.


To auto-reply to all text messages through the Vumber dashboard, follow these simple steps:


  1. Log in to your account at https://app.vumber.com

  1. Select "My Numbers" from the menu options on the left.

  1. Press "Configure" located to the right of the number you wish to set up auto-reply.

  1. Find and click on the "Text Messaging" option.

  1. Select the "Auto Reply to Texts" feature among the inbound text options.
  2. Type in the text message that you want your customers to receive as an auto-reply when they send a message to this number.
  3. After composing your desired message, click on "Save" to confirm and save the changes.
