Sole Proprietor - Text Message rule changes

Your company is registered with Vumber as a sole proprietor. 

Industry-wide changes being implemented by wireless carriers will limit your future ability to send text messages from more than ONE local number. You must update your account to send text messages from multiple local numbers.

What action do I need to take?

If you are ok texting from one number, please navigate to https://app.vumber.com/brand/update and choose the number you want to use.

If you have an established EIN over three months old, please navigate to https://app.vumber.com/brand/update and update your account with your EIN.

If you have a newer EIN or no EIN, please get in touch with us at [email protected] ASAP.

Note: these rule changes are being implemented by the wireless carriers and apply to all providers. They impact texting from local numbers only. Receipt of texts, sending/receiving text on toll-free numbers, and voice calls are not affected by these changes.
