How do I listen and download my voicemail

To listen to or download your call recordings please:

First, ensure you are logged into your account at https://app.vumber.com

Now follow these steps:

1. Click on "Call Activity" 
2. Filter your recent activity to "Voicemail"
3. Locate the call you are interested in from the call list and click "More" on the right-hand side of the row
4. You will see a player that allows you to listen back to and download the voicemail.

To download a voicemail:

Right-click on the audio player and select "Save audio as"
