How do I turn off the press 1 to accept this call
When you turn off the requirement to press 1 on incoming calls, callers might reach your personal voicemail box on your cell phone. If you do not want callers to reach your cell's voicemail box under any circumstances, you must leave press 1 on.
1) Turn off "press one to accept the call"
- Log in to your account at https://app.vumber.com
- Choose My Number and select the number you want to configure from the list
- Select the 'Call Forwarding' tab
- Select 'put calls straight through'
This will turn off the requirement to 'press 1' to accept an incoming Vumber call.
