How to Download Your Call Records from the Vumber Dashboard
You can download all your Vumber call records in .csv format, allowing you to easily import them into Excel for further analysis. When you download your call records, any filters applied—such as specific Vumber numbers or date ranges—will determine which records are included.
To download your call records from the Vumber dashboard, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account at https://app.vumber.com.
- Click the 'Call Activity' tab on the left to open the dropdown menu.
- Select either "All Incoming" or "Outgoing Calls" depending on the call records you wish to download.
- If needed, you can filter by your Vumber number, the callers number and apply any date filters to narrow down the records you want to download.
- Once your desired filters are set, click 'Download' to generate the file.
- A confirmation box will appear; click 'Ok' to confirm the download.
The .csv file will begin downloading to your browser’s default download location, typically your Downloads folder. Consult your browser documentation if you need help locating the downloaded file.
