How do I download my call records

This is new documentation for our beta dashboard. Please excuse typos as we write and review this documentation

You can download all your Vumber call records into a file in .csv format. CSV format files can easily be imported into Excel for further manipulation.

When you download your call records - any filters you have in place at the time of download are respected. So for example, if you have a particular Vumber number and a date range selected - only call records for that number and between the date range will be downloaded.
  • To download, log in to your account at https://app.vumber.com
  • Now select a Vumber number and date filter if appropriate, and then hit "Download". 
  • Accept the confirmation box and your file will be downloaded.

Please consult your browser documentation to understand how to retrieve the downloaded file. In most modern browsers it is fairly obvious though and your file will usually be downloaded to the 'downloads' directory.
